
Brett Dedeaux
Mr. Dedeaux specializes in the disposition, acquisition, and leasing of industrial properties in Los Angeles and Inland Empire regions. Mr. Dedeaux has successfully leased and sold a number of properties in the Inland Empire and is currently representing UPS Logistics Group, a United Parcel Services company; Dart Warehouse Corporation, a national distribution and third-party logistics operator; Shell Oil; The Jacmar Companies, a distributor of food-service products; and Iron Mountain Records Storage, the largest records storage firm in the United States; Citizens Business Bank; Comcast Cable Corporation; Wilshire Real Estate Investment Trust, and All-Source Container.
In addition to his Southern California real estate activities, Mr. Dedeaux handles all real estate transactions for ABX Logistics, Inc. (formerly Thyssen Haniel Logistics, Inc.) the U.S. arm of SNCB (Belgium Railways), a major worldwide logistics provider, overseeing all real estate transactions nationwide. This has included performing market surveys, site selection, lease negotiations and lease analysis.
Mr. Dedeaux attended the University of Southern California and is a graduate of the Business School’s national top-ranked Entrepreneur Program. In addition, he is an active member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association, the Urban Land Institute, and The Los Angeles Conservancy.
