Andrew Harris

Based in New York, Andrew Harris specializes in providing investment advisory, underwriting, asset management and consulting services for both domestic and international clients.

Mr. Harris has been with the organization for seventeen years. Prior to his joining the firm he spent several years with American Savings Bank in the corporate finance division.

Domestically, Mr. Harris has represented major corporations such as Duke Energy, Shell Oil Co., Teleflex Corp., and Comcast in investment advisory, structured sale and leaseback services, underwriting, acquisition and disposition of office, retail, industrial and hotel properties throughout the United States.

Internationally, Mr. Harris has represented the Church of England in the acquisition and asset management of a real estate portfolio with a combined aggregate value of over $300 million in office, retail and industrial properties located throughout the United States. Mr. Harris currently represents a private offshore trust in the acquisition, disposition and asset management of a real estate portfolio with a combined aggregate value of $100 million in office properties located in the metro Washington DC area.

Additionally, Mr. Harris has been involved in the disposition of 20 surplus institutional facilities for Empire State Development Corporation throughout the State of New York. These properties encompass over 3,200 acres of land and 10 million square feet of buildings.

Mr. Harris is a graduate from the State University of New York at Stony Brook receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration.
