Dan Yentz is responsible for overseeing Property and Facilities Management accounts.  In addition to his management responsibilities, he also provides consulting for a wide range of clients, including property assessments, building operation reviews, facility and lease audits, project management and other related services.

Since joining Binswanger in 1991, Mr. Yentz has managed in excess of 11,000,000 square feet of commercial, industrial and multi-use properties, with annual budgets which have exceeded $10.5 million.  He has also directed capital improvement and tenant alteration projects totaling over $10,000,000.  Mr. Yentz has managed buildings and completed property consulting services for such clients as Wachovia, Comcast, the General Services Administration, Hercules, Inc., AT&T, PECO Energy, CBS, Inc., Teleflex, Toll Brothers Realty Trust, Steiner + Associates, Sony, and other national organizations in addition to private investors.  Before joining the firm, he was a facilities consultant with CGC Environmental Services, Inc., and facilities manager for Planning Research Corporation, where he managed building and site operations for the company’s 600,000 square foot headquarters complex in McLean, Virginia.

Mr. Yentz received his B.S. in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University.  He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association.
