Holmes Davis is responsible for industrial sales and leasing and corporate relationships in the Southwestern United States.  Mr. Davis has recently been ranked #1 by the Dallas Business Journals list of top industrial brokers.  His average transaction volume over the course of the last eight years has been in excess of 3,000,000 sq. ft. sold or leased.  In 2007, his transaction volume hit $102,000,000 with a total of over 5,000,000 sq. ft. sold or leased.  These results made him one of the top industrial brokers in the United States as featured in Commercial Property News in 2000 and 2005.  He also recently has been involved in the site selection process for various Fortune 500 companies throughout the US and internationally, including Wal-Mart, Scholastic Books, Sally Beauty, Teleflex, Land O’ Frost, and H. E. Butt Grocery.

For five of the last eight years the Dallas Business Journal has awarded Mr. Davis the Best Deal with Developed Industrial Real Estate in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.  

Recently, Mr. Davis handled lease negotiations for more than 4.7 million square feet of distribution space for Wal-Mart.  He is currently representing major companies such as Tyson Foods, ST Microelectronics, Nestle Waters, Sanyo North America and Tyco International. in the marketing and disposition of their facilities in the Southwestern United States.
Mr. Davis graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in communications.  He is a member of the Southern Economic Development Council, Arkansas Economic Developers, the Texas Economic Development Council and the Dallas-area Industrial Development Association, and CoreNet Global.
