Kenneth B. Alman
Assistant Property Manager

Kenneth B. Alman is responsible for assisting with Property and Facility Management accounts, including contract and lease administration, contractor coordination, service response, tenant relations and other related services for the operation and management of facilities totaling close to 3,000,000 square feet.  He has over three years experience in property management.  

Prior to joining Binswanger, Mr. Alman was a property manager and tax accounts manager at Sant Properties, LP.  In this position, he was responsible for assisting with the management operations of over 30 facilities in the Greater Philadelphia Area, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties. In addition to property management, he handled all real estate tax issues for the company.

Mr. Alman received his B.S. in Criminal Justice from The Pennsylvania State University, and is a member of The Pennsylvania State University Abington College Alumni Board.
