Robert Fogarasi
Vice President, Management Services

Rob Fogarasi is responsible for Project Management for Binswanger.  His main responsibility is the day-to-day management of key projects utilizing a hands-on management approach.

Mr. Fogarasi’s recent projects have included a 22,000 sq. ft. laboratory expansion, a 50,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters fit-out, several large scale employee relocations, a variety of in-house facility projects, and the development and implementation of large-scale service contracts. He is currently working on a 1,100,000 sq. ft. urban high-rise project in Philadelphia, PA.

Mr. Fogarasi has 20 years of experience in Facilities Management and Project Management.  Prior to joining Binswanger in 2005, he worked for Quest Diagnostics (formerly SmithKline Beecham) as Facility Manager.

He has a B.A. in Business Management from Peirce College and is a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers).
