Mr. Chovet is in charge of all cross-border real estate services for Binswanger, including developing and coordinating business with corporations worldwide.

He has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of cross-border issues in Europe, along with a complete international perspective that includes the United States, Latin America and Asia. He has provided international real estate assistance to U.S.-based clients such as Eastman Kodak, Motorola, Dana Corporation, Northrop Grumman, and 3M, and overseas clients such as Pirelli, Renault, BASF, Alcatel and Siemens.

In addition, Mr. Chovet has been specifically involved in assisting multinational companies on a worldwide basis such as Aventis, Hoffman-La Roche, Pharmacia Upjohn, Ares-Serono, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Sanofi-Synthelabo, among others.

Utilizing the resources of Binswanger, his team is able to give global exposure to properties on several continents, and to advise clients on corporate real estate issues and strategies.

Mr. Chovet is fluent in seven languages and has excellent knowledge of the vast cultural and economic differences in various countries throughout Europe, Latin America, Asia and the rest of the world.

Before joining Binswanger, Mr. Chovet was the European Manager for Auguste-Thouard/Edward Erdman in charge of Pan-European, and Trans-Atlantic cross-border operations. He also served Auguste-Thouard as Director in charge of major transactions related to overseas companies in the French territory and Europe.
