
Kevin Dagenhart
Vice President, Management Services
Based in the Charlotte office, Kevin Dagenhart is responsible for overseeing project management activities and is responsible for managing the planning and execution of real estate strategies for major corporate clients including activities in transactional real estate, facilities, analysis and planning and portfolio management. He has more than 14 years of experience in corporate real estate, business development, project design, and project management.
Presently Mr. Dagenhart has been responsible for the real estate advisory account of Coca Cola Consolidated. These activities include portfolio management, lease negotiations, and disposition and acquisition of properties throughout the United States. He is also managing the development of an industrial facility for Cummins in Charleston, SC and is completing a 105,000 sq. ft. office building in Columbus, IN which will be Silver Certified under the LEED program for New Construction.
Prior to joining Binswanger, Mr. Dagenhart served with such companies as John S. Clark Company Inc., Greensboro, NC; Lee Nichols Architects, Charlotte, NC; and Piedmont Olsen Hensley Architecture/Engineering Group; Raleigh, NC; working on various Industrial, Retail, and Religious projects including CVS, Providence United Methodist Church, Erricson Research and Development Campus, and BellSouth Mobility.
Mr. Dagenhart is certified a LEED Accredited Professional by the USGBC, licensed Contractor, licensed Broker, and holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design, a Bachelor of Architecture, and a Business Management minor from North Carolina State University.
