Joining Binswanger in 1997, Mr. Policarpo is responsible for all transactions in Southern and Central New Jersey and for corporate relationships in the region.

A seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years in the industry, Mr. Policarpo has been responsible for over $500,000,000 in sale and lease transactions and is experienced in all phases of real estate sales/acquisition, leasing, site selection, investment, and has been called upon to testify as an expert witness in real estate cases. Mr. Policarpo has handled transactions involving such clients as ADP, Asahi Glass, Liberty Property Trust, The Chrysler Corporation, Crown Cork & Seal, Aluminum Shapes, Comcast, Fluor Daniel, Alcan, Equity One, State Farm Insurance, Toll Brothers, Liberty Property Trust, Eckerd Drugs, Akzo Nobel, ExxonMobil, IKEA, Amerigas, NVR Inc., McCormick, J&J Snack Foods, Shell Oil, Sysco Foods, Mannington Mills, NACCO, Parker Hannifin, Trump Hotels and Resorts, Mosler Safe, Brandywine Realty Trust, McCarter & English, EP Henry, NVR Inc., Universal Forest Products, Danaher Corp., Valero Energy, and the United States Postal Service.

Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tri-State RE Commercial & Industrial Association and the Board of Directors of the Southern New Jersey Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Policarpo is consistently ranked by Costar among the region’s top brokers. Prior to his real estate career, he was a hotel management and marketing executive with Sheraton Corporation, Ramada Hotels, and Holiday Inns. He is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s Prep in Philadelphia and earned his BA in Economics from Fairfield University.
