Responsibilities as a project manager and owner’s representative with over 15 years experience have included the oversight of capital projects, project team selection, site development, management of design, budgeting, scheduling, construction & vendor bidding, change order review/negotiation, furniture acquisition, personnel relocation, and project close-out documentation.

Mr. Fogarasi’s management approach is first and foremost; protect the owner, while simultaneously ensuring a win/win situation by developing and managing a collaborative project team that works together to ensure a successful outcome. Mr. Fogarasi prides himself on being service-minded with personal attention and commitment to the Client and the Project. Prior to joining Binswanger in 2005, Mr. Fogarasi was Facility Manager for Quest Diagnostics (formerly SmithKline Beecham) and managed the day-to-day operations of 400,000+ SF of office, call center, laboratory, and data center space which included the management of internal capital projects as well as the development and implementation of large-scale service contracts.

He has a B.A. in Business Management from Peirce College and is a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers).
