Walter K. Evans
President, Management Services

Walt Evans is responsible for overseeing management services division activities worldwide and has over 30 years of experience in project and property management.

He has been involved in the development and construction of over 12 million square feet of office and industrial space, and has played a key role in such projects as the American College of Physicians and Independence Blue Cross headquarters in Philadelphia; the Raleigh Federal Building in Raleigh, NC; the Covenant Life Insurance headquarters in Berwyn, PA; and the Triad Center in Greensboro, NC. He has also supervised over 50 projects for Comcast Corporation, as well as projects for Cummins, Systems & Computer Technology, Bissell Homecare Products, Mercy Medical Center, Connecticut Mutual Insurance (Mass. Mutual), the Travelers Insurance Company, Granutec Pharmaceuticals, United States Cellular, Holmes Products, Jones Apparel Group, Handy Hardware ,Pepsi, North Carolina State University, Land O Frost, CommScope, Quickie Manufacturing, and Drexel University.

Prior to joining Binswanger in 1985, Mr. Evans was project manager for Turner Construction Co. He holds a Civil Engineering Technology Degree and is a member of International Cost Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineering Technologies, Professional Construction Estimators of America, and is certified in Civil Engineering Technology by the Society of Professional Engineers. Mr. Evans also received the distinguished designation of Kentucky Colonel from the State of Kentucky.
