• 410,000 sq. ft. lease of an existing facility
• Project cost: $4,500,000
• The distribution flow had to be engineered to accommodate the structural constraints of the existing building.  This was accomplished with modifications to the existing structure and the addition of loading dock doors, which were cut into the existing pre-cast exterior.
