Philadelphia, PA – September 24, 2009 - Binswanger is pleased to announce that A.D. McCulloch III (Tripp) and Christopher J. Lange have been appointed as Vice Presidents, and will operate out of its Philadelphia office. Their primary responsibility will be commercial real estate transaction activity for clients in the metro market. A forceful and long-time player in Philadelphia, Binswanger has worked with numerous prestigious corporate clients including Comcast, Independence Blue Cross, ARAMARK, FMC Corp., Bell Telephone Company of PA, American College of Physicians, Atlantic Financial Federal, NovaCare and the City of Philadelphia.
Prior to joining Binswanger, Messrs. McCulloch and Lange were employed by O’Neill Properties Group.

A graduate of Wake Forest University, Mr. McCulloch holds a BS in Economics. Mr. Lange graduated from Georgetown University with a BS in Business Administration.
