The Southern California industrial market experienced mixed trends in the first quarter of 2005. Vacancies in the Southern California region are at all-time lows. Land values continue to spike due to a significant lack of available land throughout the region. Residential and retail conversions are competing with available industrial properties and driving up costs. These conditions make 2005 is an excellent time to consider selling.
