Binswanger Brokers Major Sublease Of Jones Apparel Group Property In Hanahan, South Carolina

ATLANTA – On behalf of its client, Jones Apparel Group USA, Inc., Binswanger is pleased to announce the sublease of 150,148 sq. ft. to Eagan, McAllister Associates, Inc. The building is located at 7410 Magi Drive in Hanahan, South Carolina.
Jones Apparel Group, the leading designer and marketer of brands like Nine West, Easy Spirit, Jones New York and Evan-Picone, closed its Hanahan distribution operation earlier this year.
David Barber, Senior Vice President of Binswanger’s regional headquarters in Atlanta, represented Jones Apparel Group in this sublease. On behalf of this client, Mr. Barber also brokered the lease of 150,000 sq. ft. in this building to technology systems integration specialist Stanley Inc. in May of this year.
Eagan, McAllister Associates, Inc. – a wholly owned subsidiary of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) – is a leading professional engineering and information technology firm serving the Department of Defense and other government and industrial clients. Headquartered in Lexington Park, Maryland, the company will be outfitting mine-resistant military vehicles at the Hanahan property.
