The seller, Ametek, Inc., is headquartered in Paoli, Pennsylvania and manufactures electronic instruments and electromechanical devices at more than 80 production facilities worldwide.

The buyer, Treasures Media Inc., is a wholesale book distributor headquartered in Racine, Wisconsin.
