Atlanta, GA – July 20, 2010 – Binswanger, on behalf of Akebono Brake Corporation, is pleased to announce the $2.5 million sale transaction of a 146,917 sq. ft. building to INOAC USA, Inc. The property is located at 1101 Corporate Drive in Springfield, Kentucky.

The seller, Akebono Brake Corporation, manufactures a wide range of brake friction materials and foundation brake assemblies, including disc brake calipers and drum brakes. The sale was negotiated by Senior Vice President, Jim Medbery, of the global real estate firm Binswanger.

The buyer, INOAC USA, is a supplier of polyurethane, plastic and rubber products with administrative offices in Troy, Michigan and manufacturing operations in Monterrey, Mexico
