BINSWANGER BROKERS MAJOR SALE IN KINGS MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA

Charlotte, NC –January 7, 2010 – On behalf of Chris-Craft Corporation, Binswanger is pleased to announce the sale of a 215,000 sq. ft. building to T5 Partners, LLC. The property is located at 140 Riverside Ct in Kings Mountain, North Carolina.

The seller, Chris-Craft Corporation, is a boat builder who moved its yacht division

headquarters from Florida to Kings Mountain in 2006. Binswanger handled the transaction.

The buyer, T5 Partners, LLC, is a development company that focuses on clients with data

center and contact center needs. Their services include site selection due diligence

services; real estate brokerage; capital sourcing; municipal incentives; and project

management over the engineering, design and general contracting firms, subs and

commissioning agents. They purchased the facility as an investment opportunity, and plan

to market it for industrial and commercial uses, including as a data center.
