Atlanta, GA – July 20, 2010 – Binswanger, on behalf of Modine Manufacturing Co., is pleased to announce the sale of their manufacturing facility to Tennessee-based Bull Run Metal Fabricators and Engineers, Inc. The 192,000-square-foot building sits on over 37 acres at 320 J.D. Yarnell Parkway in Clinton, Tennessee.

The seller, Modine Manufacturing, is a Wisconsin-based thermal management technology company. They are one of the leading manufactures of automotive heat exchangers and parts for heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Bull Run Metal designs, engineers and manufactures a comprehensive range of steel containers and are relocating into the Clinton facility to expand their growing operations.

Michael Reid, Senior Vice president of Binswanger’s Atlanta, Georgia office negotiated the $1,000,000 sale to Bull Run Metal.
