The single-story warehouse/distribution building is located at 1520 Mitchell Avenue in Albany, Georgia. The transaction was negotiated by David Barber, Senior Vice President, of the global real estate firm Binswanger.

National Technologies Associates (NTA), headquartered in Virginia provides a full range of technical support services to government and commercial clients. NTA plans to provide contract logistics services for the United States Marine Corps which has a logistics center located in Albany.
