Ariel Hadar joined Binswanger in 2023, initially as a graduate intern, before transitioning to Sales Associate/Data Analyst. In this role, Ariel conducts tours of industrial spaces and builds relationships with stakeholders and clients, contributing to the company’s portfolio of industrial real estate listings. He also collaborates with senior leadership on executing a strategic sales database, enhancing operational efficiency.

Before his time at Binswanger, Ariel gained experience in the real estate sector through an internship with Food Lion. There, he was involved in various aspects of real estate management, including the acquisition of new store locations and the management of remodels and relocations. His role involved collaborating closely with the real estate team to support strategies aimed at optimizing the portfolio and managing costs. Ariel’s experience also includes a position as a Real Estate Acquisition Manager with Safety Net Group in Orlando, FL, where his responsibilities encompassed managing a real estate portfolio, conducting market research, and overseeing the acquisition process.

Academically, Ariel completed a master’s in business intelligence and analytics at Saint Joseph’s University, where he also competed on the Men’s Soccer Division 1 team. His efforts were recognized with the Graduate Business International Scholarship, awarded for his academic achievements as an international graduate student.
