Bruce Bean joined Binswanger in 2022 and supports the company’s Philadelphia industrial team as a Sales Associate under Senior Vice Presidents and Partners, Chris Pennington and Tim Pennington.

Before transitioning into the world of commercial real estate, Bruce spent several years working in the mortgage industry at Freedom Mortgage Corporation. There, he consistently exceeded sales expectations and ranked in the top 80 of Freedom’s stack rank in refinance lead vertical, closing over 70 loans and writing over 120 applications every month. He also maintained an application-to-close percentage of over 70 percent while managing two loan advisors, overseeing their progression, pipelines, and development of their sales skills.

Bruce graduated from Penn State University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. In his free time, the Philadelphia native enjoys golfing at his home club, Sandy Run Country Club.
