Charles S. Laginestra joined Binswanger in 2026 and is based out of the company’s Northern New Jersey office. With more than three decades of commercial real estate experience, Chuck specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of office space, representing both tenants and landlords throughout Northern and Central New Jersey.

Over the course of his 30+ year career, Chuck has structured and negotiated numerous complex transactions across a broad range of industries. He has represented prominent organizations, including Canon U.S.A., WABC TV, Eaton Corporation, Kumon North America, K.S. Engineers, CBS Broadcasting, Sprint, Veterans Administration, Viacom, and many others. His extensive market knowledge, strategic approach, and client-focused mindset have enabled him to consistently deliver favorable outcomes and long-term value for his clients.

Throughout his career, Chuck has completed significant transactions ranging from 17,000 to 76,000 square feet in key New Jersey and New York markets, including assignments for PENTAX Medical (76,000 SF, Montvale, NJ), Kumon North America (65,000 SF, Ridgefield Park, NJ), Newark Prep Charter School (60,000 SF, Newark, NJ), and Paramount Production Support (60,000 SF, Long Island City, NY). His experience spans corporate headquarters relocations, renewals, consolidations, and strategic portfolio advisory services.

Chuck began his career with CBRE in 1995, where he built a reputation as a trusted advisor known for his integrity, responsiveness, and deep understanding of the regional office market. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Finance from Mount Saint Mary’s College.
