Nathan Rhodes is a commercial real estate professional with nearly a decade of property management and brokerage experience and a proven track record in sales and leadership. He joined Binswanger in 2023 as a Vice President and is based out of the company’s Conshohocken, PA office.

Nathan launched his career in the Washington DC metro area working for Equity Residential, first managing 54 properties as an Area Leasing Consultant. Within two years he was leading overall sales functions at a historic 600-unit residential property in Arlington, VA as a Leasing Manager before ultimately being promoted to Community Manager, responsible for supervising a team of nine and serving as a senior leader at a 202-unit residential property. After Equity Residential, Nathan spent several years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he managed 500,000 square feet of Class A office space and led the coordination of 300,000 square feet of tenant buildouts and several base building capital improvements totaling over $15 million. From there, he went on to manage 16 office and industrial buildings totaling 900,000 square feet at Workspace Property Trust in Malvern, PA.

Most recently, Nathan worked as a Senior Associate at Suburban City Group, a commercial real estate firm headquartered in North Wales, PA. During his tenure with the firm, Nathan managed a variety of complex transactions across multiple property types including industrial, office, retail, land development, and multifamily.

Nathan graduated from Schiller International University with a bachelor’s degree in international business. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, traveling, working out, and exploring the Philadelphia restaurant scene with his wife and friends.
