Crawford Standard joined the company in 2025 and supports Senior Vice Presidents Doug Faris and Derek Anderson in Binswanger’s Charlotte, NC office. In his role, he identifies strategic opportunities, researches manufacturing markets, and leverages data insights to drive transactions across Tennessee.

Crawford has over a decade of commercial real estate experience, including managing more than 900,000 square feet of office and mixed-use properties in the Greater Nashville area with Cushman & Wakefield. His expertise includes property management, vendor negotiations, project coordination, tenant relations, budgeting, and financial reporting. He has partnered with high-profile clients such as Asana Partners, Stockbridge Capital, Vintage South Development, and MarketStreet Enterprises.

Crawford has been recognized with honors, including Cushman & Wakefield’s Flame Award and BOMA’s TOBY Award. He holds a Tennessee Affiliate Broker license, is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, and remains active in his community through First Presbyterian Church.
