Binswanger Adds Supply Chain Strategist Mark Dorwart to its Board of Experts

PHILADELPHIA, PA – SEPT. 10, 2025 – Binswanger, a global leader in specialized commercial and industrial real estate, today announced the appointment of Mark Dorwart to its Board of Experts. Dorwart brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience in supply chain management, construction, and real estate, most recently serving as Chief Logistics Officer and EVP of Construction and Real Estate at SPARC Group LLC (now Catalyst Brands).

During his tenure at SPARC, Dorwart oversaw domestic and international logistics for a portfolio of seven iconic retail brands, including Aeropostale, Nautica, and Brooks Brothers. He managed a $465 million annual supply chain operation supporting more than 1,600 stores across 12 distribution facilities totaling 3.7 million square feet. In addition to logistics, he led corporate real estate strategy and construction efforts for multi-brand offices and retail footprints nationwide.
