Nick Savage joined Binswanger in 2026 and is based out of the firm’s Northern New Jersey office. He brings more than two decades of experience advising corporate occupiers on complex office real estate strategies, with a focus on tenant representation, financial analysis, and strategic portfolio positioning across the New Jersey and greater New York metropolitan markets.

Nick specializes in representing tenants in the acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of office space. He is known for delivering a highly consultative approach that integrates sophisticated financial modeling, detailed lease analysis, and in-depth market intelligence. His expertise in underwriting, financial engineering, and due diligence enables clients to make informed, data-driven decisions that align real estate strategy with broader business objectives. Nick’s comprehensive understanding of the New Jersey office market, combined with his command of financial modeling tools and lease structures, allows him to craft innovative solutions that optimize occupancy costs and mitigate risk.

Prior to joining Binswanger, Nick served as Senior Vice President in the Brokerage Services division at CBRE, where he focused on tenant representation for corporate clients throughout the region. Earlier in his career, he was part of the Metropolitan Area Financial Services Group at Cushman & Wakefield, contributing to numerous investment sales transactions in Westchester and Fairfield Counties.

Over the course of his career, Nick has completed assignments totaling hundreds of thousands of square feet on behalf of notable organizations including New Jersey Transit, Sanofi-Aventis, Merrill Lynch, PwC, Dun & Bradstreet, Bracco Diagnostics, Stryker Spine, Pentax of America, Greenberg Traurig, Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, Kumon North America, Bank of New York, and Emerson Radio Corp., among others. His experience spans leases, dispositions, consulting assignments, sale-leasebacks, and office building acquisitions.

Nick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from New England College and a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment and Finance from New York University.
