Paige Jaffe Brings Premier Retail Expertise to Binswanger’s Board of Experts

Binswanger is pleased to announce that Paige Jaffe, Founder and Principal of Square Retail Consultants, has joined the firm’s Board of Experts, further strengthening its ability to provide specialized insight and strategic guidance across the retail real estate sector. She will also work closely with Binswanger’s food and beverage team, led by Brooke Oldt. 

Jaffe launched Square Retail Consultants in 2023 following nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate. Through her boutique advisory firm, she represents retailers, landlords, developers, and investors, delivering strategic solutions in site selection, market strategy, leasing, and portfolio growth.

Over the course of her career, Jaffe has represented a distinguished roster of retailers, including CAVA, lululemon, Glossier, Madewell, J.Crew, Vans, and The North Face. She has also advised many of Philadelphia’s leading property owners and developers—including Pearl Properties, Alterra Property Group, Parkway Corporation, and Allan Domb Real Estate—on leasing and merchandising strategies designed to maximize asset performance and enhance urban retail destinations.
