Malon Brown joined Binswanger’s Project Management team in 2026 as an Assistant Project Manager and is based in the firm’s Philadelphia office. He brings experience in commercial real estate, investment analysis, project coordination, and operations.

Before joining Binswanger, Malon supported market research and transaction activities at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services and evaluated investment opportunities as a Summer Analyst with Griffin Gaming Partners. His entrepreneurial experience managing online automotive sales further strengthened his skills in pricing, client communication, logistics, and end-to-end project execution.

Malon earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish from Chapman University. He also studied abroad at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
