Jessica Erd joined Binswanger as an intern in 2026 and was quickly hired full-time as a Sales Associate supporting the firm’s Capital Markets team. Based in Binswanger’s Ohio office, she assists the National Capital Markets and brokerage teams throughout the investment sales process, providing analytical, operational, marketing, and transaction support.

Jessica manages investor, property, market, and transaction data; conducts commercial real estate and investor research; and develops presentations, property flyers, and other marketing materials that support client outreach and targeted campaigns.

Prior to joining Binswanger, Jessica gained experience in marketing, business development, lead generation, and relationship building through internships with USA Insulation of Toledo and Stronger. Longer. Better. Her responsibilities included developing digital marketing strategies, creating and optimizing social media content, representing brands at community events, engaging prospective customers, and collaborating with team members on promotional campaigns.

Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Lourdes University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Bowling Green State University.
