As Managing Partner, Mr. Kramer offers strategic leadership to regional, national, and international companies, institutions, and organizations, delivering customized real estate solutions, strategies, and counsel.

With over 15 years of combined experience as an attorney and now as a broker/advisor, Mr. Kramer has provided adept representation and guidance to a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals and startups to Fortune 1000 corporations and major institutions and organizations across all industry sectors. His expertise spans leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, portfolio management, location consulting, and lease administration. A few noteworthy clients include Comcast, Amgen, Essity, Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen), Lutron, WSFS, FMC, Jefferson Health, Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky, Chartwell Law, LevLane, Calcium, Wedgewood, William Penn Foundation and United Way, among others.

Mr. Kramer’s specialization extends to assisting restaurants/retailers in achieving their regional and national expansion goals, optimizing supply chain/logistics, and refining development and concept strategies. Notably, he has played a pivotal role in the Mid-Atlantic expansion of PJW Restaurant Group over the past four plus years.

Beyond client engagements, Mr. Kramer is instrumental in fostering talent and steering the firm’s national and international growth trajectory. As a Shareholder, he contributes to key decisions on various internal boards and committees, shaping the firm’s operational landscape.

Drawing from his tenure as in-house counsel for Binswanger and as an attorney at Blank Rome LLP, Mr. Kramer’s legal acumen enriches his approach to real estate transactions. He adeptly aligns client objectives with firm yet equitable negotiations, offering a distinct advantage over traditional real estate professionals.

Mr. Kramer holds degrees from Lehigh University and Rutgers School of Law. He has served on the Executive Board of a nonprofit, formerly known as The Center for Literacy, and frequently shares his insights as a guest speaker/lecturer at Villanova School of Law. Residing in Philadelphia with his wife and two children, he proudly labels himself as a “die-hard” fan of Philadelphia sports.
