Art Keegan joined Binswanger’s Philadelphia office in the summer of 2024 as a Sales Associate on the Mid-Atlantic team. His responsibilities include supporting the firm’s brokers through client communication and CRE market data analysis.

Mr. Keegan graduated with honors from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with minors in Data Science, Business, and Political Science.

During his time in college, Mr. Keegan was captain of the Track and Field team, racing in sprints. He is from Haddonfield, New Jersey.
