Chad Ackerley is a seasoned commercial real estate broker with over 14 years of experience specializing in industrial properties, land sales, and investment acquisitions. Previously, as Vice President of Sales & Leasing at Commercial Properties, he worked extensively with tenants, users, and investors to secure prime commercial real estate opportunities across Arizona. His expertise spans tenant relocation, lease negotiations, market analysis, build-to-suits, and land acquisition.

Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Ackerley spent over a decade as an electrical contractor, gaining invaluable insights into construction and development. He later transitioned into residential development, where he led sales and marketing teams and played a key role in high-end, multi-family, and destination real estate projects across multiple states. Notably, he spearheaded the sale of $800 million in condominiums at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas and successfully led multiple large-scale residential developments in Texas and Arizona.

A graduate of Arizona State University, Mr. Ackerley was a four-year letterman in football and remains actively involved in the Tempe and Sun Devil Athletics communities. He is a dedicated mentor and leader, coaching various youth sports and serving on booster club boards at Corona del Sol High School. Mr. Ackerley lives in Tempe, AZ with his wife Jody Jackson, who hosts pre- and post-game shows for the Arizona Diamondbacks and Arizona Cardinals. His son, Connor, plays quarterback at Western New Mexico University, and his daughter, Caitlyn, plays high school softball.
