David Gyurina joined Binswanger’s Project Management team in 2026 as a Senior Project Manager, working from the firm’s Philadelphia office. He brings nearly 20 years of construction experience in the Philadelphia market, with expertise in cost management, procurement, logistics, schedule control, and project delivery.

Before joining Binswanger, David served as a Senior Project Manager with Vivid Project Management, where he coordinated renovation projects among stakeholders, end users, design teams, contractors, and medical equipment providers. His background also includes senior estimating roles with Structure Tone and Clemens Construction Co., where he prepared budgets, developed scopes of work, managed costs and changes, and supported projects across commercial interiors, healthcare, higher education, sports, multifamily, retail, and institutional sectors.

Earlier in his career at Gilbane Building Company, David held superintendent, project manager, and purchasing agent roles, overseeing project budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and subcontractor agreements. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
