Declan Ochendowski joined Binswanger in 2026 and is based in the firm’s Philadelphia headquarters. He supports Binswanger’s brokerage and advisory teams through transaction coordination, property data management, and advanced analytics, helping drive more informed real estate decisions. He also uses emerging artificial intelligence technologies to automate workflows, accelerate property research, improve data accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency across the firm.

Prior to joining Binswanger, Declan gained experience in financial analysis and real estate through internships with BNY and First National Bank. At BNY, he supported portfolio analysis, financial modeling, and reporting for a global real estate portfolio, including work in Excel and Power BI. At First National Bank, he also conducted financial due diligence and risk analysis in regulated environments.

Declan earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University’s Charles H. Dyson School, with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. During his time at Cornell, he completed coursework in real estate financial modeling and investments, developing experience analyzing commercial real estate using platforms such as CoStar and Argus. He also played on the Division I Varsity Football team and was a member of the Cornell Real Estate Club.
