Matt Corrigan joined Binswanger in 2021 as a Vice President and was promoted to a Senior Vice President in 2024 after having brokered an impressive $11+ million in deals the previous year. His expertise is in assisting clients through the industrial markets via tenant and buyer representation, acquisitions and dispositions, consulting, and site selection.

As a part of Binswanger’s Mid-Atlantic Team, Matt is responsible for projects in the eastern half of Pennsylvania with a focus on the northern Philadelphia suburbs, including Bucks, Montgomery, Berks, Lehigh, and Northampton Counties, through Northeastern PA. 

During his tenure, Matt has brokered numerous deals totaling over 1,000,000 SF in the Philadelphia suburban market. A few of his most notable transactions include the sale of Bally Brook Industrial Park in Bally (Berks County), 441 County Line Rd in Gilbertsville (Berks County), and 18 Railroad St in Royersford (Montgomery County). 

Before joining Binswanger, Matt led industrial efforts at Green Street Real Estate in Pennsylvania for three years. He holds a degree in Economics from Penn State University where he graduated in 2015.
