Nick Biedron joined Binswanger’s New York team in 2022 with nearly a decade of real estate brokerage experience. He works closely with many of Binswanger’s large corporate clients, including Merck, Amgen, LÓreal, IKEA, Foot Locker, BASF, Evonik, Sun Chemical, Goya, KKR, and GAF.

Previously, Nick spent seven years on a top-performing investment sales team at Marcus & Millichap, focusing on multifamily and mixed-use properties in core Manhattan. During his tenure at the firm, Nick exclusively listed and sold over $300,000,000 of investment properties in New York City. He also helped his clients plan and execute on over seventy-five 1031 exchanges in NYC and across the United States.

Nick is a member of CoreNet and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). He attended St. George’s School in Newport, RI, and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in Spanish from the College of Charleston. Born and raised in Far Hills, NJ, Nick now resides in Brooklyn, NY.
