Nicole May is a dedicated real estate professional with a strong record of success across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. A licensed Kentucky Realtor since 2018, she has completed more than 100 real estate transactions totaling over $20 million in sales within just five years.

Before joining Binswanger in 2025, Nicole served as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker, where she built a reputation for going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. Her experience spans a diverse range of services, including residential sales, commercial leasing and acquisitions, investment property guidance, and rental management. She frequently assists clients with 1031 exchanges, coordinating closely with legal partners to support a seamless transaction process.

In the industrial real estate arena, Nicole provides comprehensive advisory support—from market and workforce research to site selection and property tour coordination. She evaluates critical facility specifications such as ceiling height, power, water, and transportation proximity. Her ability to build strong relationships with local developers and investors further enhances the value she brings to industrial clients.

Before entering real estate, Nicole spent more than a decade as an educator with Warren County Schools, teaching English and German—including AP and advanced coursework—and leading the GAPP student exchange program. She is a Fulbright Fellow and a multi-time honor graduate of Western Kentucky University, where she earned dual bachelor’s degrees in English and German, as well as master’s degrees in English (with ESL certification) and Education.
