Renato Fusaro joins Binswanger as Managing Director, LATAM, bringing more than 30 years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace strategy, portfolio management, and strategic transactions across Latin America. Throughout his career, Renato has held senior leadership roles at Cargill, Johnson & Johnson, General Motors, and Citi, where he led regional initiatives focused on business transformation, operational efficiency, real estate strategy, and value creation.

Recognized as an active leader in the corporate real estate and workplace community, Renato previously served as President of CoreNet Global Brazil Chapter and is currently leading the Workplace Club, a platform dedicated to connecting corporate real estate, facilities, projects, and workplace professionals through high-quality content and networking. His deep knowledge of the Latin American market, combined with his strong industry relationships and strategic perspective, will support Binswanger’s continued growth and client advisory capabilities across the region.
