Ryan Willock joined Binswanger in 2026 and is based in the firm’s Chicago office, where he works alongside Zach Binswanger.

Before joining Binswanger, Ryan served as Vice President of Acquisitions for a midsized REIT, specializing in digital infrastructure and renewable energy. His return to brokerage reflects his passion for building lasting relationships and helping companies identify real estate solutions that support both their operational objectives and financial goals.

Born and raised in Chicago, Ryan has a deep connection to the city and a strong understanding of its real estate landscape. He focuses on business development throughout Illinois and the broader Midwest.

Ryan earned his degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Alabama, where he played hockey for the Crimson Tide. He remains actively involved in his community as a member of the St. Ignatius College Prep Business Society and a board member of the Bird Legacy Foundation, which was established in memory of a close friend. He also provides annual scholarship support to the St. Ignatius hockey program.
