Binswanger Taps Industry Veteran, John Ghiselli, as part of National Expansion

AUSTIN, TX – JUNE 30, 2025 – Binswanger, a highly specialized leader in commercial real estate, today announced that John Ghiselli has joined the company as a Senior Vice President. Based in Austin, John will join Texas market leader Holmes Davis in advising local and national occupiers and investors, with an emphasis on industrial and specialized investment real estate.

John brings more than 30 years of diverse experience in commercial real estate, with a proven track record in investment, development, brokerage, and capital markets. He joins Binswanger, building on two decades of commercial real estate experience. As Managing Principal of Waterloo Real Estate Investments, John has been focused on sourcing and structuring debt and equity financing across multiple product types in the Austin region, while also spearheading numerous development and entitlement projects. During this time, John also co-founded Red Hook Capital Partners, a commercial real estate investment and development firm that focuses solely on Charter Schools.

Over the years, he has been directly involved in high-profile transactions totaling billions in value, spanning office, industrial, and mixed-use assets nationwide.
