Global Infrastructure Leader Bill Beck Tapped for Binswanger’s Mission-Critical Real Estate Advisory Team

Beck brings over three decades of international leadership experience in infrastructure development, mission-critical facilities, energy systems, and sustainability innovation.

As Senior Vice President of Infrastructure at Terran Orbital, Beck drove the strategic vision and execution for advanced satellite manufacturing facilities, leading real estate acquisition, site development, facility design, and large-scale construction and operations initiatives. His recent projects included a 660,000+ square foot Industry 4.0 campus in Florida and major expansions of automation machining, PCBA manufacturing, and Assembly Integration and Test (AIT) facilities in California.

Previously, Beck served as Managing Director and Global Head of Critical Engineering, Energy and Sustainability at Credit Suisse, where he led one of the most advanced global infrastructure strategies in the financial sector, developing over 30 data center projects and several million square feet of technology infrastructure facilities.

A licensed Professional Engineer and certified energy procurement expert, Beck has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Energy Leaders in the U.S. He actively contributes to industry innovation as a speaker, advisor, and board member of 7×24 Exchange New York, Somerset Hills Learning Institute, and organizations including ASHRAE, IEEE, and SAME.
