Steve Lewis Joins Binswanger’s Board of Experts as Semiconductor Industry Specialist

Binswanger, a global leader in specialized commercial and industrial real estate, is pleased to announce that Steve Lewis has joined the firm’s Board of Experts as its dedicated specialist in the semiconductor industry. Lewis brings more than 40 years of global engineering and advanced technology experience, advising some of the world’s leading semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing organizations.

Lewis most recently served as Vice President and Director of the Center of Excellence for Advanced Technology at Gilbane Builders, where he led national teams supporting semiconductor, EV, and technology manufacturing clients. His career also includes leadership and operational roles at Lam Research, Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, LPCiminelli, and DPS Engineering. Earlier in his career, he held senior technical positions with Intel, Applied Materials, AMD, National Semiconductor, Procter & Gamble, and other global innovators.

A longtime leader in industry standards development, Lewis has contributed to SEMI and SEMATECH initiatives for 300mm semiconductor manufacturing and served as Co-Chair of SEMI’s North American Regional Standards Committee and Chair of the Facilities and Gases Standards Committee. He is also a U.S. patent holder.
