Roby Bull Joins Binswanger’s Board of Experts, Expanding National Tax Appeal Capabilities

Binswanger announced today that Roby Bull has joined its Board of Experts, bringing more than 42 years of commercial real estate experience and a specialized focus on national real estate tax appeals.

Bull is Senior Managing Director at RV3 Solutions in Denver and a Senior Advisor with Greenwood CRE Denver, LLC. In recent years, he has expanded his advisory platform to focus on real estate tax appeals across virtually all asset classes nationwide, helping both tenants and landlords reduce property tax burdens and improve overall occupancy cost efficiency. The work is structured on a contingency basis, ensuring clients incur no cost unless savings are realized.
