Binswanger Advances Integrated Latin America Strategy with Key Leadership Hire
Binswanger today announced the strategic hire of Renato Fusaro as Managing Director, Latin America (LATAM), further strengthening the firm’s global platform and deepening its advisory capabilities across the region.
Fusaro brings more than 30 years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace strategy, portfolio management, and strategic transactions throughout Latin America. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles with global organizations including Cargill, Johnson & Johnson, General Motors, and Citi, where he led large-scale regional initiatives focused on business transformation, operational efficiency, and value creation.
In his new role, Fusaro will coordinate efforts and drive new business development across Binswanger’s extensive Latin American platform. He will work closely with the firm’s senior leaders throughout key markets, including Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Venezuela, and Brazil—further strengthening collaboration and delivering seamless cross-border solutions for clients.
