Will Lightcap joined Binswanger in 2026 as a Sales Associate, supporting the firm’s Mid-Atlantic team. He brings a strong foundation in commercial real estate finance and brokerage, along with a disciplined, analytical approach to serving clients across the region.

Prior to joining Binswanger, Will gained hands-on experience through internships in both commercial lending and brokerage. As a Commercial Real Estate Credit Intern with Meridian Bank, he conducted financial spreading and ratio analysis, prepared credit memorandums, performed market and comparable property research, and underwrote commercial real estate loans. Earlier, as a Brokerage Intern with Metro Commercial Real Estate, he assisted with market analysis, evaluated development opportunities, utilized industry platforms including CoStar and LandVision, and supported business development initiatives through prospecting and relationship-building efforts.

Will earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Gettysburg College, where he graduated with honors and was recognized on the Dean’s List. During his time at Gettysburg, he played rugby and served as President of Alpha Tau Omega, leading the college’s largest fraternity and earning the distinction of 2025 Fraternity President of the Year. He also co-founded and served as President of the Professional Development Club, helping fellow students prepare for successful careers through networking opportunities, workshops, and speaker events.
