PHILADELPHIA, PA – SEPT. 24, 2025 – Binswanger, a global leader in specialized commercial and industrial real estate, today announced the appointment of Joe Dunlap, Founder & Managing Partner of BlueJ Advisors, to its Board of Experts. With over 30 years of experience in supply chain strategy, logistics optimization, and industrial real estate integration, Dunlap will bring unmatched insight to support Binswanger’s clients navigating complex operational and location decisions.
Dunlap is a veteran supply chain strategist whose career has spanned network design, omnichannel fulfillment, warehouse automation, and technology integration. Through BlueJ Advisors, he counsels private equity firms, supply chain–intensive companies, and industrial real estate investors—bridging advanced operational consulting with data-driven real estate intelligence.
“Joe’s ability to identify and maximize operational and supply chain efficiencies through real estate strategy is unparalleled,” said Binswanger CEO, Jeff Hipschman. “His decades of experience will be invaluable to our clients as they face an increasingly dynamic and competitive logistics marketplace.”
