Blake Fleischer is a results-driven paralegal professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership, managing legal documentation, client management, and assisting attorneys in real estate matters. She joined Binswanger in 2023 and is based out of the company’s Philadelphia office. As Operations Coordinator, she works closely with the company’s Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel on various operational and legal issues including contracts and agreements.

Before Binswanger, Blake worked as a paralegal for Richard M. Squire & Associates where she managed and tracked workflow for over 50 cases and introduced several key cost-efficiency initiatives to assist in the time management of cases, improving client satisfaction. Before that, she served as the sole professional support to the Chief of Data Privacy & Employment Law at the agriculture sciences company, FMC.

Blake also previously worked for Barrack, Rodos, & Bacine, a Philadelphia-based law firm specializing in securities and antitrust litigation as a Legal Assistant. There, she reported directly to several lawyers in the firm’s Philadelphia, New York, and San Diego offices and had a myriad of responsibilities ranging from discovery, trial, appeal, and document preparation to supporting attorneys in filing appeal briefs before multiple State, District, and Supreme courts.

In her free time, Blake loves playing with her golden retriever, Stella, and teaching financial literacy in underprivileged communities as a volunteer. She’s also an avid runner and has competed in more than 20 marathons/half marathons.
