Emma Graber joined Binswanger in 2023 and serves as a Vice President in the company’s Mid-Atlantic Commercial Division, based in Philadelphia. She has over a decade of experience working in a variety of roles in the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to Binswanger, Emma spent several years recruiting commercial real estate owners, investors, and developers for the Philadelphia Real Estate Council, a commercial real estate think tank and networking group. She also previously worked as a Growth & Retention Specialist for a residential mortgage company where she was responsible for recruiting loan officers.

Before attending Temple University’s Real Estate Institute, Emma graduated from the University of Central Florida where she majored in Tourism & Hospitality Management. Outside of work, the Pennsylvania native can be found either rocking out at a live concert or somewhere quiet reading a book. Emma also enjoys snowboarding and traveling and is a self-described “foodie” who is always happy to offer restaurant recommendations.
