John Ghiselli brings over three decades of high-impact experience across commercial real estate investment, development, brokerage, and finance. As a Senior Vice President, John leverages his deep expertise and national relationships to drive value for clients throughout the Austin market and beyond.

Before joining Binswanger, John spent 20 years at Waterloo Real Estate Investments, where he was instrumental in securing and entitling large-scale development projects, including a 44-acre industrial site in Leander, TX, later sold to EastGroup. His earlier ventures include co-founding Red Hook Capital Partners, a firm specializing in charter school real estate, and overseeing more than $350 million in projects nationwide.

John previously held senior positions with some of the industry’s most respected firms, including Lincoln Property Company, where he built and managed a $300M+ portfolio in Southern California, and Julien J. Studley, where he closed over 2.5 million square feet of leasing transactions valued at more than $1.5 billion.

Known for his strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and ability to unlock value in complex transactions, John now brings his entrepreneurial mindset and institutional experience to Binswanger.

He holds both a BBA and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
